Best time to travel
December is a solid choice if you want to avoid summer heat and peak-season crowds. London in winter brings Christmas decorations, festive markets and a unique atmosphere. Pack warm clothes and expect typical winter humidity.
What to do when you arrive
London offers endless options: free museums (British Museum, National Gallery), the Thames, markets like Camden or Borough, shopping on Oxford Street and characterful neighbourhoods such as Shoreditch or Notting Hill. Short on time? Focus on central London: Big Ben, House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are close together.
FAQ
Is €97 the final price or are taxes added on top?
The €97 is what you see in search results. Always check the breakdown on the airline's website: sometimes airport taxes are added at checkout. Vueling usually includes hand luggage; checked bags cost extra.
Does Vueling fly direct from Ibiza to London?
No, this route has 1 stopover. It's not direct, but the price makes up for the extra travel time.
Which London airport will I land at?
It depends on the fare. London has several: Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and City. Check your booking confirmation. The further-out airports often offer cheaper prices, so factor in transport to central London.
When is the best time to book this route for the cheapest price?
We can't say one month is always cheaper than another. What works is booking 6–8 weeks ahead and being flexible with dates if you can. Check several consecutive days to find the lowest fares.
